The same for London Drugs. But it is not written on the site of Broadway if they are out of stock or not. Otherwise, you still can go to London Drugs when Broadway's closed.
When I went there, Broadway was open, and they didn't even call. It was like they didn't mind lowering the price by CAD 300$.
Hey Furansu, thanks for your advice. I picked up a 16-50mm DA* on the weekend. Liking it a lot so far but did some tested and now see the vignetting at 16mm f2.8 people were talking about.

Really appreciate it bro.

I'm sorry, but I need to bitch and whine a bit about Pentax prices... when will they come down? the price of the DA 15 limited is just outrageous and the DA 35 limited is also a lot more expensive than it was a year ago

Just to bump this thread up, I see Vistek in Heartland are dumping a AF540, 16-45 and 18-55II and 50-200.
No affiliation, just a heads-up.....

Bleh Vistek, unless you walk in and ask for a $5K full frame Canikon they look at you like you have two heads.

Oh, that's only if you actually try to *talk* to someone there. If you just start dropping 100's on the counter with a note saying "Pentax DA35mm limited, please" you'll get someone to ring you up.

Aden used to be the decent price-leader, but now it's all over the map. I still go to the Henry's Used store to browse the detritus every so often. Got a bitchin' "Sanwa"-brand 70-300 f/4 k-mount for $15 last month...

I was actually considering getting a Sigma 10-20mm f/3.5 *new* from Henry's because of the current Sigma Canada distributor's "cash for any old lens" promotion (-$150) would get the price down to US levels. Would be a reassurance for Sigmas spotty QC, too. Sadly, they won't get the lens in until Feb, when the promo is over... which applies to "in stock" only!

Ah, yes. That's the one I usually go to if I am in the area. The Superstore is only for me to try out the new stuff and dream about them later on

You mean the outlet where they sell lenses by the kg? I remember seeing bins of very dirty Minolta lenses there.

The outlet is near useless, mostly open box at minimal (and i mean minimal) discounts. The main store still has the used gear which are better deals ImHO.

Does that mean any old lens will get you a 150$ rebate on Sigma lenses? I'll find myself some old lenses and start buying if that's the case!

Big heads up, check out Aden, they have taken a big knife to almost everything.

How does a 70mmm limited sound for $400+?
