There is very little chance that Pentax will release a FF for awhile, it's mainly about about the 645D for the pros and the APS-C for the hobbyists. If I were you, I'd better put that energy towards expecting an 645D instead. If anything were to be close to a FF at all alongside with the 645D at PMA, it would be a higher-end APS-C that will not be a K-7 replacement.
I also don't think the 645D would cost that much when it comes out, Pentax wouldn't release not even a medium format for that "cheap". I would probably expect it more towards the 3-5k price range, after all this is Pentax and I don't think anybody would buy it if it were 9k.
