From the specs, almost looks like a K-7
SAFOX IX+ (K-7: SAFOX VIII+) means that there wasn't a hidden other SAFOX in between in the works. Or at least, that they cared not to disclose it.
Sensor is Kodak, so it is KAF-40000 indeed.
Dynamic range is from the Kodak spec sheet (69.3 dB), which is slightly better than K-x when print-normalized (12.7 EV in DxO's terms if data is given correctly).
No AA filter. This means that images from the Pentax 645D and Leica S2 will be almost indistinguishable, if both focussed correctly and taken with an excellent lens.
Given the launch price (¥850,000) I would say that the European launch price
must be
6,456.45 € exactly
