I've been Beta testing a FF DSLR

I'm still under an NDA, so I really can't say much other than I'm Beta testing an Full Frame DSLR, made by a Japanese company starting with the letter P.

Although I can't post any pic's I am allowed to tell you that it's 22mp, shoots 8 FPS, and uses all my Pentax lenses.

In my opinion, the best part is that it's designed to replicate the look of any Kodak colour film.

Another interesting feature is they've teamed up with another camera company, who's name also starts with the letter P. If you set this DSLR on it's dock it'll allow you to charge the batteries, or print an instant 4x6" image right infront of your eyes.

I'm told that this cameras expected to hit the shelves at the end of September, with the dock for around $1900.00 US.

Oh, and if you haven't figured it out yet.....

More fool's ya

So where's the fish?

In Roman times (or maybe later), on 1 April was traditional to slip a fish into somebody's pocket. Like you see me walking down the street, and we stop to chat, and you walk away, and then I notice that there's a mackerel in my pocket.

On DPR's Sigma forum (my other brand) I did the same post, changing the MP to 24, the FPS to 4 and the lens mount to SA. Making it sound more realistic there

I figured it would by the title because 'beta' only applies to software
