Small, Full Frame Pentax body spotted!

.

Looks small, sparse, all-business.

Here it is with an FA Limited!

OK, who wants one?

Oh come now, isn't there already a thread about this? Like, maybe in the film SLR board?

(I secretly really want one though)

Dude Cody, please stop talking through your A$$

How about turning over a new leaf now that you've returned to this forum.

Sexy combo by the way Jsherman!

Indeed it is full frame. It's not a digital full frame body though.

If Pentax did make a cheap full frame body having that size, though, they'd have a serious advantage over the competition.

So you pick up the camera in Maple Grove? I swear finding anything on CL is like a race to beat you to it sometimes Nice FF body you have there!

Cody, the K-x you're well on your way to getting for free is not FF, but it has higher-ISO capability than this body!

It is. Although the body is worth maybe $35, it sure looks damn sweet with a silver FA.

Can you imagine a FF DSLR that size, with a very spartan control layout, Leica-like? It would never be in stock anywhere, ever.

You can't beat me if I'm in the game that day.

Actually, this isn't the one you're thinking of, though. This was procured months earlier, from a Dentist, in his office, via CL. It came attached to this:

(you don't want to know the price. )

Nice. It's funny seeing what two grand worth of lens on a fifty dollar camera.

At least part of the body is digital...

And I still find it amazing how much larger the viewfinder on my MZ-5n is than the one on my K10d. I'm used to large finders on my metal film bodies, but the little plastic camera still surprises me.
