I was wondering if A12 28 mm is more preferable for every day usage than S10. I've ordered A12 50 mm, A16. Also need some pocket-size. Could you please give some recommendations? thank you
I just got the A12 28 last week and I find it to be a very good walk around lens. It will fit in to a coat pocket or something like cargo shorts pocket. I also have the A16, and love it, and that one is not pocket sized. So, to answer your question, I find the GXR with the A12 28mm easy to carry around. Plus takes great photos!

Thank you Eric, Kameleo! From pictures that i've already seen I think A12 28 mm is awesome. Does anyone has pictures from S10 just to take a look?

I do not use this camera much. I should. I ordering and going to buy VF-2 finder will help me use it more.

Nice travelogue.
I've now added Fenghuang to my list of places to visit one day. Seems a very photogenic place, and is amazingly well preserved.

The foreigners are rare birds there... I didn't see. My Chinese friend said that it's big surprise to meet the foreigner in Fenghuang.
Really cool place...

I recently bought a GXR and M module as an early birthday present. and to provide a new home for my collection of M mount lenses from my old Bessa outfit. Having great fun using it – the rangefinder mentality certainly helps. Here's one from yesterday with a Voigtlander 75mm f2.5.

Can't let this thread go dormant forever, even with the exciting new GR dominating Ricoh forums everywhere! Here's one taken on the GXR M Mount with a Minolta MD 85 F2:
