Beautiful, deadwolfbones! Looks like a great way to spend the weekend. Having a seriously good, tiny camera to take to the backcountry is my main motivation for getting a GR.

Easily some of the best I've ever seen from the GR. Well done!

Hilariously, I also packed a K-3 and like 7 lenses and never used them. Could have just kept the GR in my pocket and made the hike a lot easier.

Oh well, live and learn...

Yup... It's kinda sad in a way, but has really made me happy in the shift I've made over the past number of months. I've been packing, most places I go, my MX with a couple smaller lenses (much less weight than my K-3) and shoot film, then bust out the GR now and again out of my pocket. Been brilliant combo for me, satisfying and wonderful.

Here's one from last summer with the GR.

Also happened to me, i use my K-5 way less often then I used to after I bought the GR. The light weight is awesome for outdoor shooting.

Some architecture by the GR:

GR, shot through a car window, stuck in traffic on a rainy night:

GR, hand-held, outside the cemetery gates during the 'All Soul's Day' celebration (Similar to Day of the Dead) in Manila:

GR, and one inside the cemetery itself:

GR, in harsh mid-day light, during a trip to my hometown:

Seriously, snap focus is one of the best things ever.

Cheers.

nice capture!

I am blown away at the sharpness of this little camera.....love it!
I just got the camera last week and really haven't had a lot of time to take a lot of photos with it but here's a few from last Sunday.
I shoot everything RAW and process with DxO and Photoshop but none of these are really processed too much.

Some pictures from my recent short trip to Vienna, where I could not be bothered to take my K5IIs with me.
The GR is the perfect travel camera, it is just plain incredible!

It can do macros close enough - well, at least in this case I did not want to go any closer

... and it can take a LOT of cropping and still look good enough!
