Good for dogs!

The GRii is great to keep in your pocket for photographing your dog in emergencies.

Some really great shots in here! If Ricoh ever gets around to releasing a GR III I may have to consider picking one up especially if I ever get around to traveling more.

It really is a remarkable little camera - tiny, yet with a brilliant lens and very good user interface. I very rarely go anywhere without it. Ricoh keeps saying there will be a successor - I believe there was floating a rumour around about an announcement in Spetember, but we'll see... It will be interesting to see what they come up with.

Spring sunshine in Montgomeryshire, Wales.

My home town of Montgomery basking in April sunshine this afternoon. Taken with my GRii which I try to keep with me always.

Huge dynamic range and my GRii still coped.

I took this cheerful image this afternoon, it is of some friends I came across in our local cafe, the lighting was very difficult with very bright sunshine and areas of deep shade, a huge dynamic range. I think the GRii coped admirably with what was just a quick snap, I suspect a smart phone would have struggled with this, the focus was spot on too. :-)

The GR is quite good for close-ups.

And for more general snapshots, of course.
