I always shoot raw but the GR 2 can really spit out some nice looking JPEGs. Positive film.

Yes, it's easy to forget that the GR has some very useful presets besides the high-contrast b&w

Just got my beautiful GRII few days ago. Already fallen in love. Funny how I started researching a second (lighter) camera with the new Fuji announcement (XF10), but ended up getting GRII after much internet research Fuji ad dollars working for Ricoh!
Few images I managed to snap in past few days, can't wait to get out to the city and try it there!

Congrats! You two seem to get along just fine

And yeah, the Fuji looks good on paper, but I have a hard time seeing the controls as very well thought out - and even less so after having used a GR.

You're really going to appreciate the GRII... Not only does it perform so well, it's simply fun to use

I don't think I'll regret buying it over Fuji XF10 controls look kind of bare next to a more full featured GRII. Also, I couldn't find what materials are used in the Fuji's build, and I know GRII is magnesium alloy, decided to go with the one I'm sure in.

Last weekend I visited the Louwman automotive museum in The Hague and the impressive exhibition of the famous 1950s Mercedes-Benz "Silver arrows" racing cars. I messed the settings up a bit in this shot, but still came out allright (after PP).

Been a good while since I added to this fun thread. Snapped a few with the GR while hand-feeding our resident Nuthatch male a couple weeks back.
This one is so sweet, it makes me want to throw out any other gear and just own a GR II
