One of the rare images I have where SR would have been useful. Half a second is too long hand-held for me - especially when it's an impromptu shot at a crouch.

I see your point, but it really doesn't bother me. It's a great shot. (Oh, how our standards for "acceptable" have crept up over years eh? )

I like the shot of the illuminated leaf a lot. Maybe I would crop out the building on the left.

Some recent shots from a Motorcycle trip. Unfortunately I didn't have a proper Tripod, but they turned out ok. The Black and White is a bit blurry.

Hah, thanks, yes "acceptable" means edge-to-edge pin sharpness zoomed in now! And it's all to easy to get caught up in it...

Thanks. I might try that, or maybe just pull down the whites even further in that part of the frame. I like more and more to experiment with selective adjustments, especially light and darkness. And to learn where the limit is I need to break it

Some GR shots of late. As said before, it's quite a versatile little camera

And not the worst toy you could have picked up

I didn't see your post about filter alternatives until now (not that i have anything to contribute) - what did you end up with?
