Hello everyone,

I just bought a new ricoh GR II few days ago. Since the first time i started the camera i have a white LCD screen of oversaturated light. Sometimes the image come through but again as oversaturated image. I review all the settings, i update the firmware. But nothing change. Can someone help or have suggestions?. I attached the picture so you can see what i see on the LCD screen. Thanks for your help.

Do your raw files look messed up too? I'm thinking the camera is broken.

Thanks for replying. didn't have a raw file but it sure looks like it is broken. It was a "refurbished" offer from amazon. I thought that maybe it was something i missed on the camera.

Do the menus show that same pink cast? If it's just the photos it might be a bad/incompatible memory card. Try a 2nd card if you have one.

All the menus show the same overexposed white light on the LCD screen and the photos are overexposed too. It seemed not to be a card problem.
