A year with the GRiii

What a joy this little beauty is, a handful of my favourites from the last year.

Downtown Louisville Saturday morning after Friday riot

I went down there with my media bestie. I shot a lot with my DSLRs but the the GR III on hard b/w with highlight metering produces some interesting images.

Lovely photos...my favourites...the Highland cow and the dog on the beach. Top notch composition and lighting. You do have an excellent eye.

both with wide-converter

All the posters in this thread have exerted some influence on me but you have exerted the most with your images. I ordered the wide converter today. It will be in my hands on Saturday. I resisted doing so based on the notion that with the converter installed I might as well carry my K70 Or K-01 with the 15mm Ltd. mounted.

I love my GR III for it’s portability, one handedness and image quality.

The Ricoh GR III rides in it’s official overpriced leather holster everyday when the weather is decent as it stands now. Will I take with me everyday now? Especially since I bought a Ricoh WG6 for pocket carry on iffy days and circumstances. Will it become a dedicated why dangle tool and just carried for specific projects?

I just bought a new light weight travel vest that I wear everyday now. It has pockets that I use for old man sunglasses, the kind one wears OVER one’s regular glasses, my pouch of doggy treats and roll of poop bags (for my dog, I’m not that old), cell phone, spare camera batteries, Misc. photo accessories, Mini-tripod, face masks and hand sanitizer and collapsible camp stool Or iPad. i The GrIII or the WG6 fit in the left breast pocket of said vest for quick access as well. I suppose we’ll see

Stuck at home, so don't have many opportunities to take photos. Few from the better times last year
