Wow!! This update makes my desire to own GR III even stronger!! Nevertheless, it's still too expensive for my budget. (T_T)

Cross processing was fun for one time on my K-30. I never used it again...

Altough more costumisation options always welcomed.

I rarely use it too. In my opinion, they add cross-processing for people who shot the analogue film in the past as the GR line is often used for street photography. I could imagine people who love to experiment with cross-processing with C41, E6, or even mixing up their own formula. Surely, cross-processing on the digital will give a different experience, but I believe it can still sometimes give a surprise factor that some people enjoy.

Wow, maybe I'm crazy, but af speed seems waaaay better in the dark now, I don't even use the assist light.. Excellent update! it still hunts, but it locks 100% of the time, and seems quicker as well. Didn't get a chance to test anything else yet.

Updated, in a dimly lit room af at close range seems indeed better, not necessarily much faster but more reliable. Most of my gr photos are with a tweaked positive preset, or I'm processing raw, but maybe I'll give the new mode a shot.
