GR IIIx wide angle adaptor

Is the wide angle GW 4 works with the GR iiix?

A check of Ricoh's Japenese web site shows that the GW4 is not compatible with the IIIx.

Yeah, as far as I can see, the the wide adaptor is for the wide-ish GRIII, and the short telephoto adaptor is for the normal-ish GRIIIx. That makes sense to me at least.
