LOL! What if Pentax has a whole team of specialists analysing all the FF threads in this forum. Desperately trying to figure out what their users want. Trying to design a machine that fits the most demands.

LMAO, that would be funny but highly unlikely as well. They nay have a market research frim monitor it for focus groups though. Judging by the K-01 though I doubt it

As for the RF Milc style debate for FF. If Pentax was to go down this road (or pursue retro styling at all) for FF I would put my money on a system type camera like the LX, not anything remotely resembling the RF type camera. For the true RF crowd they already have the M mountor solution which supposedly has a pending sensor upgrade

The FFD of the M mount is much to short to use M lenses with an SLR. I suppose Ricoh already has a GXR module with an APS-C Sensor and M mount.
I did the math and it fits perfectly for APS-C size camera's with a few milimeter to spare, because the mirror is a few centimetres smaller then FF. so the lens can't go into the mount much, that the only down side.

It is clear from the roadmap that this lens is APS only due to the color code they use on the map.
(hoping positively) Maybe Ricoh's still tweaking it for an official FF release? As well as the other DA*s, to be released as MkII's, which is why they uh, kept the MSRP at max recently?

Keeping all these in mind, the rumor (a strong one!) of Pentax releasing a full frame compact system camera is surely something to gasp on!

I think the spread of this K-11 sillyness and the April Fool's K-1 prank by Adam show that it may not be such a great idea to make up odd stories or jokes about non-existing cameras.

Well at PhotoKina we will know wich one was a prank and wich one wasn't I guess. On the other hand you might think twice before jumping again on any rumour.

Actually, it was the best April Fool's prank ever executed - because it was really true! (except for the doctored image.)

Am I missing something here... I was fairly sure that Pentax haven't released a FF camera yet.
