His thought was that there may be around 10 different prototypes being tested but he didn't know any details about them, only the one he claimed he had in his hands.

And he could still be telling the truth (about his experience at least), and as such making waves with a real product.

Almost all DA and all DA* lenses are full-frame compatible.

I do have one somewhere, but its not at 16mm ... It was vignetting too much and I didn't want to stop down, so I zoomed down to about the 20mm mark where the vignetting wasn't a problem...

Pentax (Hoya) makes glass for Leica. They use the same procedures and the same machines to make their lenses. In fact, the 77mm limited and the Leica 75mm have the same design (Minus the slight shift in the rear floating element group to compensate for the flange distance).

Yes, yes. He is not 100% accurate and has no authoritative comments. He is not anything to Pentax and so cannot be considered a reliable source of information. But take it if you will whether he did indeed sign an NDA and did have some sort of prototype in his hands. And what does it matter in the end? We still only know that a FF camera is in development and may be released some time later this year or early next year.

The usual procedure when signing an NDA is actually not to disclose information. That's why I pay no attention to this. But we know a full frame is coming, so might as well just wait (and snap up a few old lens gems in the meantime of course).

About Leica 75/2 and FA77/1.8 - pure fantasy. The lenses are different. Optical data. The final picture. Bokeh.
There is the story how Jun Kitazawa had invited FA77.

And the story of Svitek about 8 prototypes of FF camera - one with sensor of Nikon D4.

Why should he keep NDA till November, 22? Why is he under NDA at all...It's easy as day - he is not beta-tester.
