Like last year when everyone got all excited about the rumors of a 16MP FF and we got....the K5-II

I'll believe FF when I see it...it'll come eventually now that the 6D and D600 are out though...assuming their sales are doing well enough to make Pentax notice...

Pnanasonic uses LX in their Lumix series, so K2.

Come on, the guy says the 16-50 works on FF with no vignetting at f/5.6, constantly goes on about the K20D like the K-7 and K-5 never existed, talks about boosting ISO to 400,000(!) he's got a horribly over-processed profile picture and he's trying to sell a picture of a bauble for like $30. If Ricoh are giving cameras to this guy to test then good god, the Q body cap lens was only the beginning...

His NDA ends Nov 22. So it's unlikely the FF will be announced before then.

I disagree, It took awhile for Pentax to release a camera after the launch of the K5. The K5 II/s had a few minor improvements that made a good camera better.

I'm excited to see what will be released in the next few days, I think Pentax has been lingering in the shadows of Canon, and Nikon for too long.

Lol, I quite agree. Breaking an NDA so egregiously with a serious B2B corp like Ricoh would be a great way to end your career and enjoy some supremely expensive meetings with corporate lawyers.

I'm not expecting anything on 27 March. If something turns up well that'll be nice but I'll believe it when I hear it direct from Pentax Ricoh. It's hardly risky to predict that this year will see more cams from Pentax and very likely using a 24mp sensor (or, more pixels than 16mp anyway) of some kind, but as for the details and the format/mount chosen, whoever knows isn't saying.

AKA we won't see a FF until early 2014. Now let's move along

Pick up a 5D MkIII, 6D, D600 or D800 and you'll experience the pleasure now.

He's hoping to get people's attention for so long?

Sounds kind of odd, doesn't it? He's probably sharing his recent experience with the prototype and posting his thoughts about it as he can remember it, without breaking the NDA... That gives it time to simmer down until the actual announcement date, and it may perhaps be more of a surprise then...

And the 16-50 is FF-compatible. Yeah, right.
