how old is this image? when a friend put it on facebook(today) i was like MEN! and then after looking it for a moment realize it was a joke.

It's really old, but someone photoshopped it again to change the logo to pentax. I remember seeing it probably mid-2000s, but the earliest I can find in a quick google is The Ultimate Camera - If Only It ExistedCentral PA Family & Lifestyle Photographer | Allen Mowery Photography from 2011 (it was a Canon then)

The original version would almost certainly have said "Canon", as the source for the base image is the 1D Mark II.
