No, there is no tilt sensor mechanism, although it's an awesome idea. After all with a real tilt shift, 4x5 you can tilt both the film and the lens, so a DSLR tilt shift has about half the utility of doing it right with film.
Quote, and 24mm is as wide as it gets with the Samyang... hence the need to change brands, at least until the Pentax FF comes out. But this is a case of people who have the money should just buy what they need. If the Canon is easier to use than the Samyang and you're shooting professionally, you probably want the Canon in any case.
