By then I will have the D-FA* 70-200mm F/2.8 so that will probably be the first lens that I test on it, and I will probably take a picture of my wife or dog depending on when it arrives.

Then it will be my Sigma 85mm and then my 31mm LTD.

Nice. You're going to need a lens hood, what with the ethereal glow accompanying it and all. :-)

Right. I'm sure glad the 200 2.5 has a built in hood and Super Multi Coating!

Remember to frame them so they're the same size in the pic, Drugal!

If I were to get my FF today, here's my list

1) FA43 for 10 consecutive days
2) K50/1.2 for 3 consecutive days
3) FA31 and FA77 share slot for the next 5 days

Probably my SMC Takumar 55mm f1.8 screw mount lens.

My biggest hope for the FF model will be a split screen viewfinder with a micro prism ring around the split screen area. A lot of the other stuff is fluff. I already have snapshot cameras.

FA 77, because Limited

Then straight to the SMC A 35-105mm 3.5. Because if the full framer is good for manual focus, that will be my primary lens.

77 limited

77 limited because it is my favorite lens. I think it will be much more useful on full-frame, and maybe can be used more inside without having to keep backing up to frame the image I want. Second will maybe be the 31 limited, and for similar reason, as it will become more of a wide-angle lens and less of a normal lens. And third the D FA 50 mm f 2.8 macro because its razor sharp images will frame more as normal focus length instead of short telephoto.

First my FA 50 1.7, why mess with tradition? Then my FA 35-80, I love that lens, then my F 70-210. But they'll be turning up second hand before I buy one, so why even speculate?

May I ask why? I have an F 35-80 and I love it too, mainly for it's rendering, sharpness stopped down, and snappy autofocus! But boy does it take a lot of heat from other reviewers. Perhaps my copy is a good one?
