For me, the A-50mm f1.2 would be irresistible. Closely run by the Revuenon 55mm f1.2!

I will look closely at your pictures. I have a very nice lens set, with four *-lenses. Only two of my lenses are DA, the rest are older A*, F*, F and FA's. And a K28 Shift lens that I'd love to try on FF. It's a fun lens, but actually not wide enough on crop sensors.

I do hope that all of my fine film-era lenses deliver on digital FF. But I do have some doubts. Ned Bunell wrote something about the angel of the light-rays hitting the sensor/film. The sensor being more sensitive (!) to rays not hitting 90 degrees. And then of course the lack of coatings on the rear element, with the risk of reflections bouncing between sensor and rear element. Bunnel meant that digital lenses need to be differently designed due to this, and that old film era lenses will prove to be obsolete. I'll let others try before I decide wether or not to buy. But if I buy, I think the 28mm shift lens will be the one I'm most keen on trying.

Kjell,
Long time no see. Glad to see you around.
I just wish the new FF Pentax will have TTL and my 280T Flash will be in active service again. I just love its power and sturdiness.
All my lenses are FF too . So the FF dslr should come in handy. Also my most updated body is a vintage k20d. And it is about time to update.

The first lens I need to verify on the New FF body is da*200mm. It is supposed to be the same as fa*200mm

Thanks, Daniel!
Well, I have three of those flashes, and have kept my *istDS for the TTL metering. If the new FF has it, all the better.

But you've shot them on digital APSC, right?

And there are the experiences of our members shooting these lenses with the Sony A7 - great pics in that thread! :-)

I would put on the SMC 135mm A* f1.8 that I stumbled on yesterday in a shop (the day of the FF announcement). And I would take a photo of my wife and son walking down a country lane, wide open, in early morning light like we had to today in Cheshire, England.

I'd be the second guy to put a Sigma 35 1.4 Art on.
Been anticipating this moment since I decided to buy this lens

SMC 17 if I still have it, otherwise smc-A 50/2.8 macro. Then I'd stress the JCPenney 80-200 f/3.5 to its utter limits

That is a great lens.. i hope that Sigma release the K mount in the near future for the 50mm too. I will have to try the 30mm ART, that is not for FF BUT, according to Canikons that have use this lens on full frame it works really nice.. almost none vignetting.

M50/1.7. And remember the joy of trying out that lens on my first Pentax (the MX) as a teenager!
That's tempting....I still have mine. I couldn't afford the MX but worked all summer to buy the ME Super. Great memories.
