yea, but donīt wait to long with the Schneiders . [As far as I know Schneider Kreuznach wants to run out his 135 lens production in medium term] For the Carl Zeiss lenses see also this thread: https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/16-pentax-news-rumors/322225-carl-zeiss-h...zk-lenses.html

I spoke with Lloyd Chambers and he had a test Leitax Knmount conversion kit for Zeiss ZF in his hand. Promising news.
So we can expect to see Nikon F - K mount conversions soon?

Just got confirmation from Leitax that ZF.2 Milvus lenses can be converted to K mount, soothing the ache for extremely high resolution lenses.

This is great news. Zeiss 21mm or 18mm on K-1 is a dream come true to fill a gap in (U)WA prime lenses for landscape.
One big question is how does a large diameter Zeiss lens fit to K-1 body.

The Zeiss 2,8/21 ZK fits on my K-1 without any issues. I don't have the 3,5/18 but if you look at some images of them you'll see they're not that large. Certainly not the size of the Pentax 15-30 or even the 24-70.

And yes, the 21 is great to shoot with, the FOV is excellent on the K-1.

Thanks Tas for confirmation about Zeiss + K-1. I checked your albums and the pic of the Newcastle sunset by Grant C. is very pleasing to my eyes.
