Do you think the new FF will use the same batteries as K-5

It would be sensible if it did - K-7/K-5/K-3 all use the same battery, as does the 645Z.

It would also be nice if the FF used the same battery grip as the K-3 or K-5 But I have my doubts about that happening, since the body dimentions of the FF are likely to be different from other Pentaxes.

It will probably be the same, but they might want a battery with higher capacity if the camera will be a "speed monster".

It would be nice if they could make a new version of the D-Li90 that has a more accurate battery meter. (like other manufacturer have). But still possible to use older version of D-Li90 too.
So that the battery has a memory that store how much of its capacity is left. So we could get accurate info in capacity left in percent.

Not like now when it's not really possible to trust the battery meter. Now the meter can show "full" when switching on the camera and the after a couple of dozen images captured, it will say "depleted".
