I was really looking forward to having it this November. BUT, if Ricoh thinks they need more time then ill be content because the last thing we need is a big recall

Now that a delay has been confirmed, I would love to see an April 1st release date!

Disappointed, but no real loss to me.

I just use my K30 and A7+Pentax lenses for another 4-6mths.
Not as if I instantly become gear paralyzed and unable to take photos with what I already have.

More ROI for my existing cameras
More time to save up
More chance that the upcoming camera is cleared of whatever bug prevented it from Oct release
More chance of newer tech and features

That's just crazy talk - I'm quite sure such dangerous and inflammatory ideas are not allowed in the FF section. Please, edit your post before a moderator sees it and bans you!

This FF stuff really has brought out the worst in many of us. One of the things I have valued most about Pentax over the years is the generally civil, informed and helpful tone of posts on PF. The excessive rants about Ricoh/Pentax since the FF was announced last February have been painful to see. The helpful, even inspiring, posts Pinholecam has provided so often and the gentle humor of posts such as Cfraz above have made it a pleasure to visit here over the years. None of us have any control over or even much insight into what Pentax/Ricoh does. PF is a resource for photography enthusiasts (and, hopefully, a few professionals) not the local bar.

Right. Forum rules specifically prohibit trolling and inflammatory posts. Anything posted in the FF forum that casts Ricoh/Pentax in a positive light could certainly be considered inflammatory. If the offense is further aggravated by the ideas being presented in a logical, rational, amiable manner it's just plain trolling.

People are just over excited that's all. Like little kids before Christmas. Who chooses to read the comments can go ahead, others simply go on your way and read posts that are more interested to you. We all cover a vast diversity and needs and experience so just let it be.

I don't believe it. It must be a lie. A conspiracy. I won't believe it even when I'll hold mine in my hands, next year.

Could easily happen - April 1 is start of the Japanese financial year.
