Regarding the new Pentax K1

Wishing Pentax the very best in this and their future professional foray ventures.

Benjamin Kanarek is a prominent studio/fashion photographer and PF member who formerly shot Pentax. His Post expresses genuine sentiment and good will.

Welcome back. Look forward to seeing you shooting with the K-1 in 2016.

Hopefully you still have a few of your Pentax lenses.

It's not Pentax, it's Ricoh.

As pro photogs familiar with both Nikon and Pentax, one day I'd like to see benjikan and kenspo shooting the K-1, and read about how they compare the K-1 to the Nikons they have worked with .

What would be great fun too would be if both pros swapped gigs for one day of shooting with the K-1 - kenspo would shoot elegant high fashion, and benjikan would be in the pit at a black metal gig.

We still use the Pentax K3 for almost all of our videos , thus still have the DA* 55mm f/1.4, DA* 50-135 and DA*200mm f/2.8 as well as a Tamron 17-50 f/2.8 lens.
