Pentax FF running out of steam

I've followed the Pentax FF news / announcements for more than a year. Until end of 2015, teasing was pretty effective, triggering a lot of activities on the thread. However, it now looks like some people who used to participate to FF threads don not participate anymore. Shall the Pentax FF be postponed half a year or more, I'd see a number of Pentaxians loosing interest. To me it seems that the Pentax FF teasing pumped up beyond maximum is kind of falling flat. Have some people given up already?

No, I think they've just grown tired of the constant whiny drone of the naysayers and malcontents.

They all went shooting to say goodbye to their beloved apsc cameras a month or two before buying Pentax FF.

We have a launch time frame which is spring, and it's still early in the winter. So now everyone's just waiting. For now, everyone basically ran out of things to talk about regarding the FF, until new information comes in. Then it will be the same dance all over again.

Isn't this just a euphemism for another word that starts with 'T' and ends with 'ing'?

Are you saying that your 'teasing' is no longer generating the activity it used to? Possibly it has nothing to do with the FF, just a decreased tolerance for 'teasing' and an increase in the number of clicks on the 'ignore' button.

I think it is called 'projection' Mate!. Please don't project where you have got to with regard to Pentax onto me.

I am really looking forward to what Pentax will being to the table in 2016, including the FF

Yes, it was announced awhile back
They're making a Full Figured camera. A larger body, something more like the K10D/K20d, for those with large hands who have said the K-5/K-3 series is too small to hold comfortably.

That's what I heard, anyway.

WHAT!

I heard they were making a frequent flyer camera, for those that fly so it is easier to transport...

I am not sure what FF means. Some of my guesses are Final Fantasy camera, Fantasy Football camera, Fantastic Four camera, Fast Food camera, Family Feud camera, or Fast Forward camera. I guess the Pentax is doomed crowd already thinks it stands for Fatally Flawed camera.

True, nothing new so nothing to discuss (nothing to troll ).

Ricoh Imaging should publish fresh news soon (before the end of january)...

What? Pentax FF is gonna run on steam?! I thought it will run on batteries, like most digital cameras. (I would prefer it to run on spring-loaded mechanism. No need for those pesky chargers).
