Yes, sure; but they're all about how there will be no Pentax full frame mirrorless in the near future

I really hope that there will never be a mirror less FF from Pentax (at least one that supports k-mount). It's the wrong mount for mirrorless

An FF Ricoh GXR with 28mm lens would be interesting. Not enough for me to buy it, but it would make more sense than a mirrorless Pentax.

Many have tried to start such a rumor (search for "K-02"), but none have succeeded. If you want to actively take part, there is a thread with 99 posts dedicated to the task:

Help them over the hump to 100!

There was also some effort to start a medium format mirrorless rumor, but that was less vigorous.

Ricoh has commissioned them under another brand in a series commonly known as A7x.

Why not just say the Q7/QS-1 with its 1/1.7" sensor is the Pentax mirrorless FF. The 1/2.3" Q/Q10 being the crop sensor...

I personally like this idea better.
MF cameras are in general not for fast moving objects, thus fast AF is not necessary.
If they make and sell a cheap manual focus medium format camera, I will probably get one and collect some old lenses from eBay. Well, price of these lenses will jump high before I know.

Easy
-Buy a K-1 (possible from April)
-Get your pliers from the toolbox.
- Get a grip on the mirror
-Jerk hard
- Tadaaa! A mirrorless Pentax full frame camera.

Seems unlikely.

What most folks are asking for with this is a new mount, I suppose with some sort of expensive smart adapter that would allow the use of K mount lenses. The other possibility would be a K-01, retaining the K mount, but removing the mirror and installing an EVF instead of an OVF. It really feels like either of these cameras doesn't play well to Pentax's strengths, which have been in the direction of SLRs for many years.

I guess I would venture to say, as well, that once you include a standard f4 or f2.8 zoom, the difference in size between mirrorless full frame cameras and a small full frame SLR camera is pretty small. Mirrorless cameras are only small when they are shown with primes or slow, variable aperture zooms. Stick my DFA 24-70 f2.8 on a mirrorless camera and try to balance it. Not a fun experience ergonomically.

Some Companies that produce cameras and do not have a full frame mirrorless:
- Canon
- Nikon
- Pentax/Ricoh
- Olympus
- Panasonic
- Fuji
- Sigma
- Kodak
- Samsung
- Phase One
- GoPro
- Casio
- Hasselblaad
- Polaroid
etc...

Companies that produce cameras and do have mirrorless full frame cameras:
- Leica
- Sony

That list is unlikely to change in the near future.
