It's funny, some of his reviews have been quite helpful for me, but his personality is way over the top. :/ I agree with a poster above, the Asperger comment is in very poor taste. The guy is a grumpy old man, his commentary reads as such.
Would it be in poor taste to point out that Ken Rockwell is a freaking retard?

It could be seen as descent to his level. But if any man could benefit from a systematic thrashing with a clue-bat, Ken Rockwell is a prime candidate.

I'd say this guy probably had the last laugh.. 11 pages and counting over it. This thread keeps popping to the top of the FF forum. You guys are doing him a favor.. free advertisement.
Last laugh or not, I don't think this is such a positive advertisement for him... It'll pop up in Google searches for quite some time

No, sorry. Not end of story.

He is not entitled to propagate misinformation. You cannot have a meaningful opinion about a product you haven't even touched, so you are not entitled to present it as such.
You are right... perhaps someone should start hacking into his website to do a distributed denial of service (DDOS) attack to bring it down so he wouldn't benefit from his ill intent to spread false information about Pentax cameras.

If you haven't helped yet, please do, and consider helping me with a gift of $5.00 for hiring a hitman.
He will kill Ken and expose his head on a stake for us to take great pictures of his bloody head with a Pentax K1
That escalated quickly.

We judge him for flippant references to mental health (and rightly so), then we flippantly suggest hiring a hit man and putting his head on a spike?

Calling all mods...

I agree. The spike was a step too far...

Your post reminded me of a favourite moment in "Anchorman":

Ron Burgundy: Boy, that escalated quickly... I mean, that really got out of hand fast.
Champ Kind: It jumped up a notch.
Ron Burgundy: It did, didn't it?
Brick Tamland: Yeah, I stabbed a man in the heart.
Ron Burgundy: I saw that. Brick killed a guy. Did you throw a trident?
Brick Tamland: Yeah, there were horses, and a man on fire, and I killed a guy with a trident.
Ron Burgundy: Brick, I've been meaning to talk to you about that. You should find yourself a safehouse or a relative close by. Lay low for a while, because you're probably wanted for murder.

I watched it again the other day for the first time in years ... not a good film, but *outstanding* quotes.

I think all advertisement is good advertisement for him.. his name keeps being spoken, so he stays relevant in the front of people's minds. That said, I'm not too sure the slag fest here is really going to mitigate his poor thoughts on Pentax...

You may be right. He may stay at the front of people's minds. But he has *never* been relevant

It's at 12 pages because there's a lot of strong opinion on the subject, and it's a forum where people can choose to (a) discuss topics if they wish or (b) not read or participate in those discussions - in which case all they have to do is unsubscribe from those threads.

Is it possible to Boriscleto an entire website?

The man is a serious F!@#wit and a waste of bandwidth
