Nice looking. I like the 5 User preset availability on one of the dials.

Way to go Ricoh for making a really compact FF DSLR. I'm amazed by the comparison to the GH4, it really isn't much bigger at all.
GH4 is as big as the K-3 and by far the largest Micro Four-Thirds body. Still, the K1 is small for what it contains!

K-1 in Town!

Good looking camera. Nice and chunky. Love that old manual glass. Enjoy!

Beautiful shots. The old glass looks wonderful on that body (well, at least the black lenses do).

Yeah, it's by far smaller than, say, the Nikon D750. I had an opportunity to shoot a basketball game with a D750 (just to get the full frame experience, heh) and was caught off guard by how chunky it was compared to my K-3 or K-5 IIs.

A little time ahead, and I got this outfit in my bag :

Pentax FA 50mm f1.4
@f5.6 and minor post processing.

Pentax M 28mm f3.5
@f11 I think, maybe f8 and minor post processing.

Tokina 17mm f3.5
@f11 and some post processing

So few time free... I got other sample coming.

I love the retro feel when mounting takumars, is that called retro geek or something?!

I'm looking at the RAW and the pentax M 28mm f3.5 is really astounding lens! The sharpness is unbelievable except the very corner of the FF sensor.
Looking at that door pic on a 4K screen really burn your eyes!

I just bought the M 28mm f3.5, M 135mm f3.5, and M 50mm f2.0 for 50€ total... initially I wanted the M 135mm for it's incredible compactness, but the M 28mm f3.5 is a very nice surprise!

That's a nice package, with some classical focal lengths. I would have been tempted to go for a much faster fifty (M50/1.4), but at that price you've done exceedingly well.

I have the M135/3.5, and with an M series film body it can't easily be beaten for smallness.

Oh dear, the M28/3.5 produces awful IQ unworthy of a digital camera. I can see all the legacy lens haters clamoring to downplay the useless old stuff (insert sarcasm).

Hehe, nice little lens. Very leicaish it's it's form factor if you ask me.

Just wanted to precise that no color fringing processing was used with those raws. neither light fall offs correction was applied. Just what you would expect for regulated levels raws.

Just the regular various levels like colors, exposure, highlights shadows stuff and of course masking sharpening and noise reduction...

Let the haters hate. They will talk down the prices and people will shed their old gear and LBA sufferers like me will be SO HAPPY, WHEEEEE!

The K lens looks amazing on it! Of course, I prefer the K/M lens styling over any of the others so far. It almost seems like the grips on the top knobs are in a somewhat K/M style.

Totally agree with all your points there. The knobs just lack the chrome ring to be a perfect match.
