No, the Cactus V6II does not support TTL (except TTL pass-through for an on-camera flash).

The V6II "only" supports HSS and PowerSync (aka HyperSync). However it supports it for Pentax and stays a true multi-brand trigger by allowing you to not only fire the RF60 and Pentax flashes in HSS and PowerSync mode from your Pentax camera, but all supported system-dedicated flash models for other flash systems i.e., Canon, Nikon, Panasonic, Olympus, and Fuji. This includes models from third-party manufactures like Metz. The V6II now also remotely controls the zoom settings of such supported flashes, not just their power levels.
Does it work with existing RF60 flashes?

Thanks for this.

Yes, you just have to update the RF60 firmware.

but still doesn't make the RF60 support HSS though i don't think, but will then trigger them.

edit: doh I'm wrong - makes a change... well

With firmware update, the RF60 supports both Normal HSS and Power Sync with Cactus V6 II.

BTW, the RF60 supported HSS all along.

The firmware update just makes it possible for the RF60 to cooperate with the V6II. There is a new "Auto HSS" mode which let's the RF60 switch between standard flash output and HSS. The V6II remote controls the switch. Previously, one always had to (de-)activate HSS on the RF60 manually.

cheers for the info, I hadn't heard of the cactus until reading here recently. I'll order a set soon. Was hoping to get them for my next outdoor shoot but it's happening on monday so I ended up getting a variable ND filter so I can use my usual speedlights. also found they had a DA* 55mm f1.4 in stock so had to pick that up too works really well on my K1 but I'll be keeping it on my K3 for that shoot.

My 85 f1.4 focuses fairly fast on the K-1 and I have been quite happy with the portraits I've shot with it.
just picked up a FA* 85mm f1.4 and very impressed with it so far
