I don't have a K-1 but I do have a Mac, and I just did a software update from Apple that included the K-1. Do be honest, since I don't own a K-1 and I'm well into the cocktail hour, I looked only briefly at the update notice and impulsively clicked the install button which initiated a process that was virtually instantaneous. Consequently, I don't know if it was for Aperture or some other app. Anyway, Mac folk might want to take a look. If this is old news, forget it and please don't reply - especially with a quote.

It's the K-1 RAW converter so that macOS can read the K-1 files which I suspect will be the PEF files as it already read the DNG ones. Hence all the macOS software will read the files.
