For the trip you contemplate I'd say that travelling light should be a priority. The FA 20-35 is pretty good on the K-1 as attested to above, and it only weighs about 25% of that of the 15-30 - you save about 800 g. Carrying the K-1 with the 15-30 around for a prolonged period is somewhat of a strain.

I would also consider equipment failure if this is a once in a lifetime trip, so bringing the K-3 as a second body with the DA 15mm would be a good move.

The K-1 is a significant step up in image quality (high resolution, low noise), and that matters a lot for landscape photography. In my book it is worth the money as long as you are aware of the shutter vibration issue, i.e. you should avoid the shutter speeds from 1/60s to 1/180s (unless you shoot in live view and engage the electronic front curtain).

I have Tokina AT-X pro 20-35/2.8, and pentax A24/2.8

Tokina is way better. A24 is okayish, but nowhere near tokina. Tokina might be somewhere close FA20-35/4 I also have Samyang 14/2.8, it is true that you can get rid of most of distortion with LR. It is really wide on FF. IMO 20 mm is already really wide on FF I had my 20-35 with me at Japan and there was maby 1-3 times all together that I wished for wider than 20. But persomal style and taste might vary

Another option is to get the DA 20-40 LTD for the K-3. This lens is very compact and weather resistant. There would be money left over to get the GRII as a backup.
