Just my two cents:

For landscapes I'm using the FA* 24 f/2 and stopped down to f8-11 I find it great (especially considering that I got it for 110€...). I'm also using the DA 50 f/1.8 and DA 35 f/2.4 and they are doing ok as of f/5.6 or so. I got the 50 for free with my
K3, and the 35 used for 105€. So that's a cheap 215€ package, and very light. I'll probably add the Laowa 12mm f/2.8 for it's small size / weight (it will break the "cheap" side of my landscape package though ). I'm not doing a lot of astrophotography, so I can't comment the value of these lenses for that.

For wildlife now . You said that you'd opt for the D500 because of it's framerate. I suggest you to rent a K3 before spending $2000 for the D500, as it's 8.3 fps are already excellent. The 150-450 is amazing too, and that's a cheaper option than the D500 + 150-600 or 200-500. It would also allow you to use the K-1 for wildlife, and that's something you'll probably want to do (I have the K-1 & K3, and I'm using the K-1 most of the time).

Now if you want a 500 f/4 the Nikon is the way to go, with several options. In this case I'd choose a D8XX instead of the K1 to avoid having 2 systems. If you intend to shoot a lot of wildlife, it could be a good idea to first choose your wildlife lens, the rest depends on that choice.

2 cents wrt. samyang/rokinon on K-1. I have the 35/1.4 and 24/1.4 one advantage is that both accept screw-in filters so you don't have to deal with clunky filter holders (I know polarizers for wides do not always work the way you'd want, but this also allows nd filters for slow shutter speeds, if you're into that sort of thing). Also I'm kinda loving the 24/1.4 to bits as it's sharp and the FOV on FF is so wide that I don't usually miss having anything shorter (it has also produced stellar results for me on aps-c).

I also have the 14/2.8, but haven't used that much after moving to K-1. I just don't usually need to go that wide (and deal with the distortions etc.).

Seriously? Does such a thing even exist? The lowest focal length I have seen for full frame is 12mm. There is an 8mm Nikon circular fisheye, but it's rare and insanely expensive.

Just get the DFA15-30. It's so good I have already sold my FA20/2.8 and will soon list my FA*24/2.0 and F28/2.8

35mm (sigma art 35mm f/1.4)

It's a brilliant lens. Get it or the FA31/1.8, which I rate higher for colours and bokeh quality, but lower for ultimate sharpness wide open.

I do not have a K 1 but I use a K 3 and a K 5 II and I have used the D FA 150 - 450mm zoom with them

My favorite landscape lens for my K-1 are probably the Distagon 21 and 25mm and the Pentax K 35mm f3.5. The K 35 does such a great job it has cured my urge to get a 35mm Distagon!

Canon has an 8-15mm fisheye, so yes it does. Maybe I should have clarified I specifically wanted the circular fisheye effect.

Also, I believe I read that Pentax will have a 11-18mm full frame lens next year. *Edit: I stand corrected, it's a crop lens

I got the DFA15-30 when I bought my camera body. I love it. Such a great lens.

I probably will purchase the 35mm Sigma at some point once my wallet recovers from purchasing the body and 2 lenses. That thing needs a rest...

The Sigma 35mm is a great choice. I second the recommendation for the Pentax 15-30mm, as it's a nice all-in-one solution to your landscape needs. The Irix is otherwise a good alternative to the Samyang 14mm which many don't recommend for FF (though it's fine on crop).

It has quite a bit of vignetting. It does cover the frame, but I wouldn't waste my time with a sub-optimal lens on a really good camera.

I don't notice any vignetting I can't fix with applying the lens correction profile. Only real downside to the 14 2.8 is the mustache distortion, which is corrected by the profile also, but not 100%, so it's not the best choice for interior design and architecture, but for landscapes it's fine. If you're in a budget, it's a fine choice recommended by many review sites.
