Finally got it

Well, I'm super pleased to be adding this bad boy to my signature badge
Arrived just today.

After much hesitation, and temptation of the Sony mirrorless line; I think I settled for the right choice.
Much thanks to the price watch section of this forum for finding this one for me!
Can't wait to get out and start testing it.

The jest aside, what's wrong with a low-element-count, likely exquisite-microcontrast-punchy-colours 100 or 135mm telephoto prime? Would personally sure appreciate the lens on the camera.

I have a longtime photographer friend that gets amazing shots with his film era lenses. However, he recently became aware of what he's missing having tested a few modern FF digital primes. Something for the OP to look forward to.

Yep! 4 element 135mm Takumar. Sharp, and the microcontrast is incredible.

Congratulations on the lovely camera. Was that the used one listed in the Price Alert section a week or so ago?
