Originally posted by allexinwonderland I’m also thinking about the 24-70 since it is such a great deal right now and I know that’s a FF lens right? I shoot quite a bit of kids’ sports so I definitely need a long lens for that. Any recommendations there?
Here are all the current FF lenses:

Since all of your lenses are APS-C (except maybe the 50mm, which works quite well when stopped down), you'd want to replace them with FF alternatives.
If you want both a compact and high-quality walkaround, you could get both the 28-105mm and 24-70mm, or just pick the one you think you'd use more often. Personally, I use the former and supplement it with primes as needed.
Get the FA 77mm if you want a good portrait lens to replace the 50mm (because on FF, the 50mm will feel more like your 35mm on the K-3).
For wide angles, it's hard to beat the Pentax 15-30mm, so that would be my recommendation.
The only thing left is telephoto. Currently compact-ish options for FF tele lenses are limited, so it might be a good idea to keep the K-3 with the 55-300mm. If you want to fully migrate to the K-1, then either consider the big 150-450mm, or something like the Tamron 70-300mm as a temporary measure:
