I've never understood the purpose of using a different format as a backup camera. The backup of my K1 is a K1 II, if my K1 needs repair I can send it for repair and keep shooting with the K1 II with the lens lenses, for me it would make no sense to use a K70 with full frame lenses as the FoV would be completely different.

If you are looking for a backup body to your K1 II, get a K1.

This makes sense. I have configured my K1s with the exact same menus and user modes, so that I can swap bodies and immediately find settings without thinking about it.

IMO, $1400 is too expensive for a K1 used. I was offered to buy mine for $800 ! Maybe you could ask for a lower price.
