K-1 and Tamron 60-300 Adaptall-2 SP Macro

I wandered a bit in the sunshine (thankfully) today, with the Tamron 60-300 Adaptall-2 SP. I snapped the attached macro photo of a budding tree. I'm impressed with the performance of the macro on the K-1. It was pleasant on the K-3, but with some post-processing, it's lovely on the K-1.

Very nice result!

That Tamron 60-300 always was very well regarded, but I don't hear of many folks shooting with it in recent years. Admittedly, I haven't used my own copy in three or four years, but seeing this photo encourages me to take it out for another spin...

Thank you! I really like it's versatility, what with 60-300 and a lovely macro mode to boot. Plus, I managed to get a couple of -A adapters, permitting auto-aperture, which is quite nice.
