Poor chap, might be a vegetablist? Pardon us carnivores, the thought of those ribs on the grill got me salivating: you may want to mop your monitor. (I quite appreciate your mileage may vary)

It's a good thing that Eve liked ribs, eh?

Little known fact: Eve was the first computer expert.
She had an Apple in one hand and a Wang in the other.

Not a "vegetablist" as such (we had chicken for the evening meal tonight!) - at least ATM, but the World is changing and thus so might I/we/YOU in the very near future! - and thus I/we generally have "no real problem" with a "limited" amount of meat consumption. It's just that I really don't like "ribs" (especially the greasy ones in Chinese restaurants!) and also "KFC-style" fried chicken because it's too bl**dy greasy (and I don't like chicken wings/legs either ) !

Bob, respectfully, you have no idea what you're missing.
Follow along:

Toss ribs in honey then coat with Famous Dave's rib rub. Place in bowl, cover with cider vinegar, or seasoned rice wine vinegar.

Marinate overnight.

Coat with more honey, and Famous Dave's original sauce. (other varieties optional)
Grill over indirect low heat, from applewood and mesquite charcoal.
Keep those puppies slathered in the honey/Famous Dave's/vinegar concoction, turn a few ties.

While (whilst, in deference to our British members) they are getting slow cooked to perfection, place ears of corn prepped earlier (peel the husks back but do not remove, clean the tassel off smother in garlic butter, rewrap in husks, wrap in foil to seal.)

At some point you put Pillsbury Grands biscuits in the oven. Mrs. P prefers the flaky, or her homemade, but I and both of my cats (seriously) prefer the original or Southern style).

Now do you get it?
There, fixed.

Now I get it.

Never had ribs from a Chinese restaurant, never will.
My ribs aren't greasy, and I absolutely assure you Parallax's aren't either.
(Jim, that's the best compliment I can give you)

I know your words are strung together like a real sentence and although I have read it several times now, it still makes no sense to me. Must be a different language.
