It does sound good even without JBL 4311 speakers.

When we bake/cook in our masonry stove you don't smell much, unless we do a ton of food and/or have the door opened for a prolonged period.

Where you do smell nice things, is outside the house. The odour of fresh bread or goat curries wafts up the chimney to the outside air

Yes, I usually try to share my cooking experience with the whole street by turning the range hood on full blast.

A couple of majorly biggy loaves baked this AM @eddie1960

those look fantastic. We just started baking sourdough. We bake 1 at a time and use our Staub pot as a vessel they come out a little darker (though our bread is unbleached organic bread flour so it looks a little more whole wheat colour anyway) next loaf being baked tomorrow i will get a shot

My sister's first husband was a DJ at an FM rock n roll radio station I Salem, Oregon way back when. Once while visiting them I went to the station while he was on the air. While the music was playing he showed me around. They had a huge library of vinyl albums, in alphabetical order by artist.

It didn't take me long to find Frank Zappa.

One album, looking as if it had rarely been played was Frank Zappa Conducts The Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra.

My brother in law asked if I wanted it.

I took it.

Still have it today.

I've played it a few times. Since I don't really know orchestral arrangements, I have never felt I could give it a proper critique, but it sounds well done.
