Two English batters got out in the last two overs, making a very big swing in the momentum of the game. Prior to the two wickets it looked like England had dominated the day's play. Now Australia is on the cusp of the tail, one specialist batter is in, and the tail is exposed, hopefully enabling them to get the non-specialists out in quick succession, leading to the specialist becoming 'not out' at the end of the innings for a fairly cheap 'not out'. Of course it would be better if he becomes flusters by losing partners, tries to up his scoring rate and does something unwise that results in a relatively cheap 'out'.

I do not regret losing the 42C days from the Clare Valley. I used to live in a different vineyard area not far from there. That weather is part of the climate that is good for the wine flavour intensity, although too many days like that is destructive of the fruit, but very hard to grow fruit trees. I did that in my backyard, had about 25 trees and most years there was extreme weather that damaged something, and depending what time the extreme weather came, which fruit was spoiled.

In the US our cricket clubs couldn't wait anymore as they had to go to work so they invented baseball. They are, however, still anxiously awaiting a copy of the final rules to vote upon.
