will the hourglass remain?

Will the K3 with all it's new speed be able to process in-camera corrections fast enough that we'll be able to say goodbye to the hourglass icon and the 3 second delay? I know those corrections can be turned off. But we have a few weeks left to wait and need to find something to talk about.

Hopefully not, though I fear it might unless the way the in-camera corrections are programmed is changed. I guess we'll have to wait until the reviews come in!

Well the PRIME III would be twice the speed and also other things in internal workings are faster, so I guess, we have to wait less long.

The images are much larger though, so it might even out.

I've heard that the hourglass on the K-3 will be replaced by a smiley.

The camera will also play elevator music once the hour-glass icon appears.
