Cross-posted to the M thread. I did some people-watching with the M 75-150mm yesterday. All taken wide open.

Cute kids, nice pic!

So... that is a sulfur crest in the foreground and looks like maybe a goffins in the back? We had a pair of goffins... couldn't handle the female anymore after we got her a boyfriend.
Finally had to let a breeder have them... It was a very sad day, we miss her... him, not so much.

Thanks,

The one in the foreground is Opus a Citron/Bareeyed cockatoo (hybrid) - very intelligent, he starting talk at 4 months (10yrs old now) and hasn't stopped learning since. And yes Rosie is Goffin's, 9yrs old, very lovable, also talks, definitely the dominate of the two.

Sorry you had to let your Goffin's go, they do become very attached. Though there was a rough period of time a couple years ago with Opus (adolescence) we got through it with lots of patience.....and bandages

Couldn't think of life without them

K-3 and FA 100 2.8 Still impressed with the sharpness and color saturation of this lens. NO crop. Just full image.
