Interesting piece of work.

But the thread title says "no brick walls". You beat me to it. I was thinking of finding some interesting brick wall picture to put here, but all I can find around where I live seems to be stone walls.

That lens just has pixie dust built in, doesn't it - and the photographer knows how to display it, too.
Thanks for the complement. Easy situation for me, being full bright sun.

Ken, that kingfisher shot is spectacular!
Thanks WPRESTO and Canada_Rockies.

I usually use K3 for birding shots and K5-IIs + ND filter for landscape/cityscape but this shot doesn't need the use of ND filter, so I use K3 for 9 vertical shots to stitch into this.

Doh! But it's only a brick wall if you don't see the paint - in the same sense that a more traditional painting is a just piece of canvas...

Pretty sure this was done with the 200 macro, but it might have been the 90 Tokina.

Now this one might give someone the willies... Possibly my last contribution here for a while (unless I go scouring the archives some more), since my K-3 is busted again...

A side chapel attached to a cathedral. K3 and probably a Sigma 8-16 and probably HDR auto.
