Let's put that on the advanced and innovating Pentax technology and the giant leap from the K200D...

...but as someone suggested, AA simulator was turned on.

No seriously, it was all my fault, I shouldn't have assumed it was Off.

Once the AA sim is turned off, it's much much quieter.

I was sure I had it off but checked again and it was on.

Sorry about that...at least the AA sim sound is now documented on Youtube ;-)

Can you explain what "AA sim turned off" means? I have a hard time guessing what "sim" refers to or the meaning behind it when it is ON and when it is OFF.

I think he means the AA filter simulation.

Us non-technical type need a glossary, I guess.
