This does not help me at all.

My only issue with the K3 is that when I go and pickup my K5 I can't find the AF button

The remnants of callow youth in me yearns for a video where a k-3 ( or K-5 or k-7) is used to smash an el cheapo canikon body to bits, just so some people will realise just how well built these cameras are. But my youth was more than a generation ago, so I will forego the urge to make it myself. (or seriously urge others to do so)

An easy smash target would, on the face of it, be the new Nikon D5300. The only metal in it is the top plate and a few other bits. Everything else - body and chassis - is plastic (''Carbon fiber composite material with a thermoplastic resin').

But many modern DSLR's - despite their flimsy appearance and lightness - can be deceptively tough. Some DigitalRev videos have amply confirmed that.
