Ed Gets To The Point (Yes, he does!)

Thanks to brandx from DPR, he found the latest from PhotoUniverse and I'm passing it along. It's called "Pentax K-3 Review, the Addendum".
In which, Ed keeps it under 15 minutes, uses a sort of format (notes on his smartphone?) and rambles considerably less than usual.
Seems another DPR' er (Jeff Hayes) wrote a critique' of his previous reviews, mentioning some significant features Ed had omitted. Most are industry-leading or nearly the first uses in this class of camera and worth reminding Ed's audience of. The dual card slots with SDHC, A/F upgrades, 3:2 LCD monitor, USB 3.0 hi-speed interface and a few others.
Oh, yes, he drifts OT a few times, many find it entertaining, others don't. But he truly tries to be honest and above-board, this video even shows a side I may have missed previously. He made an error of omission and is willing to correct it, publicly.
Good for you, Ed!
Ron

I agree, he's a fun guy who enjoys what he does.

But I disagree that it isn't a photo unless it's a print. That's just nostalgia.
You can convert photons into ink or into magnetic data. Whatever, it's still a photo.

I have been enjoying Ed's K3, Pentax lens and other reviews. He tells it how he sees it - nothing wrong with that.

I like his style, and that he is happy to share his experience and opinions with others, all good
