Some remarks on the settings, which might be useful:

"Bright" (default setting [!]) and/or "Extra Sharpness" should be avoided when using high ISO numbers (see attached image). I mainly used as standard:

ISO 3200-05000 - +2
ISO 6400-51200 - +3

C3:
16. 1st Frame Action in AF.C - 3 (Focus-priority)
17. Action in AF.C Continuous - 3 (FPS-priority)
18. Hold AF Status - 4 (High) or 1 (Off)

C4:
27. Using Aperture Ring - 2 (Enable)

Custom Image:
Natural
Contrast +2
Fine Sharpness +2
