Hi all just a couple of questions if someone could answer Please


1) can you make a donation to this site as one offs,
what I mean is when I have a bit extra now and again, I don't want a monthly agreement only donate when I have the monies


2) were should beginners upload there photos is there a rule about were one should upload,


3) here's a couple of photos I took today with my new K3, I only have the 18mm 135mm lens just now, have bought a macro lens on ebay

( Tamron SP AF Di Macro 1:1 90mm f/2.8 Lens for Pentax +Skylight filter +2X Tele)

Yeah I know the sky filter is no good, but what about this +2Tele ) don't know if I would use it but hope for advise Thanks

For uploading, use Flickr. You get a terabyte of storage for free, and you can link the images in any size you want.

I had a look at Flicker but to sign up you have to have a yahoo email or create one that puts me of, but I may reconsider at some point

As far as donating I've donated once and plan on doing it again so the answer is yes you can donate once without a monthly arrangement.

You can use the post your photos section for sharing your photos. There is also a members gallery section. Just upload using the manage attachments like you did here.

You can use a Google account to sign in (what I use) or I think a Facebook account as well, if it helps.

I'd skip the 2X filter for now - the 90mm is a great macro length for insects etc. Do some testing, but I kind of doubt you'll need it.
