K3 FluCard Range

Can anyone tell me from their experience what is the maximum operating distance of the FluCard from the operator.?

I could get as far as 40 feet over open ground (no obstructions) with the live view streaming. Image transfers slow down considerably at that distance, though.

Many Thanks Panoguy - That is very useful information. I am going to give a talk at our camera club shortly on using the FluCard and was unsure of this fact.

No problem. Keep in mind, this was done in a park with no competing RF signals... and I found the Eye-Fi cards to be good up to 100 feet!

I had similar results in a high-school sized gym with the camera mounted on a tripod on the balcony in the center. I could get signal anywhere in the gym. Control was a little delayed at the extreme corners. I'd say 40' was about the limit.
