This is gong to be my next body.

I found this page and started commenting about what I would like to see in a DSLR to consider it the perfect camera, then I read a review of the Pentax K-3. Touché, mon ami ☺. There it is! My first camera was a Pentax KX rollfilm black body and it was perfect. It had everything I needed to learn serious photography. I will search ebay to buy a replacement to go along my soon to be K-3 and my ZX60. I love cameras, but Pentax is my favorite.

Good for you! The K-3 is a wonderful camera; it does everything I want of it.

You might need to change your Forum Name to remove any Canon references

Welcome and congratulations on your (re)discovery of Pentax. You are that B&H currently has the K-3 on sale, yes? I would assume that
the deals apply to Puerto Rico.

Welcome to the Forum

Glad to welcome you to the Forum. You can always get plenty of expert advice here in a courteous and helpful environment. I just got the K-3 myself, with K-5II and K-7 as a backup. I am sure you will find the K-3 to be everything you have been hoping for.

Look forward to seeing your postings.

Oh no! The Rebel part has to do with the independence of Puerto Rico. Altough I own a EOS rebel k2 film body, I also have a Pentax ZX 60, a Canon A-1, a Sony A290 and a Minolta x370, Still, Pentax is my favorite brand. ☺
